Before embarking on his culinary journey, Peter Cuong had a background as a financial expert at AIA and Morgan Stanley. Subsequently, he made a pivotal decision to shift gears and enrolled in culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu.In 2017, Peter returned to his homeland, Vietnam, and opened Anan Saigon with the aspiration of elevating Vietnamese cuisine to new heights.
